B & D Quality Water, Inc. has been family owned and operated since October, 1985. Founded by Bart Richey, CFO, and Donna Holstein, CEO as a small office in Fresno, California, B & D Quality Water, Inc. has grown to four California locations with over 100 employees. B & D Quality Water, Inc. committed to providing clean, quality RainSoft water to consumers in the South Valley, Central Valley, Monterey coast, Sacramento and Silicon Valley areas of California.
Our commitment to excellent customer service has allowed B & D Quality Water, Inc. to become one of the leading RainSoft distributors worldwide. Since 1991, B & D Quality Water, Inc. has been one of the top ten distributors of RainSoft products worldwide. It has also been the recipient of the RainSoft manufacturer’s "John Grayson Customer Satisfaction Award" since the award’s inception. B & D Quality Water, Inc. has been a member of the Water Quality Association since 1989, an organization that regulates the activities of water treatment companies nationwide. It is also a member of the Pacific Water Quality Association, which regulates water treatment companies in the western states.
B & D Quality Water, Inc. is actively involved in charitable events, raising money for groups such as The 3-day Breast Cancer Walk, Team in Training and Special Olympics. Local events are supported by donations from B & D Quality Water, Inc., such as the local SPCA, The Dolphins Swim Club, and local school programs.
